In August 2010, China’s Supreme People’s Procuratorate publicly acknowledged the injustice of a case in which four fishermen in Fengtai County (凤台县), Anhui Province, were jailed after blowing the whistle on a case of local corruption. This cartoon, posted by artist Shang Haichun (商海春) on his QQ blog, explores the predicament facing whistle blowers in China, where revealing the truth can be a dangerous proposition.
